It's that time again. Make your picks for which celebrities will die in 2010. The rules are simple:

a) the person must be a celebrity "now" and not become a celebrity because of their death

b) the person cannot be a death row inmate

c) you cannot kill anyone on your list

d) the celebrity cannot be dead before you post your picks and/or cannot be dead before 1/1/10. If one or more of your picks dies after your list is posted but before 1/1/10, those picks are thrown out and you must replace (only) those names with other celebrity picks.

e) the celebrity must be human (no animals)

f) points are awarded by subtracting the age of the dead celebrity from 100 (50 year old gets you 50 points, 80 year old gets you 20 points, etc.)

g) you are responsible for updating the forum and your points when one of your picks kicks the bucket

h) one list per
i) Your list must include 10 people (no more, no less)

j) Conjoined twins count as ONE person. The points awarded will be 100 minus the age of ONE twin

k) If you find Celebrity Dead Pool morbid or distasteful, don't play.

btw hooves, your rule (a) comes close but i'd just call it the terri schiavo rule and say the person has to be famous for something other than dying.

terri schiavo was well known before she died so technically wouldn't be disqualified under your rule as written.

not that there are a ton of persistant vegative states in the news now. but you never know when someone may come along to make a point about end of life rights and publically announce their suicide in advance.

it could get press and the point of schiavo rules is to get rid of low hanging fruit like that.
