What is this? Nascar? I dont see the point in this

It's for the media to aide in I.D. of morning workers. With as many horses as there are out on the track, if you don't know markings, it's hard to know who's who relying on the names as embroidered on the towel.

B.C. vets wanted that too

I guess I didnt read it carefully. I thought it was used for the actual race.
