Obviously you're referring to GM on the no 4yo season thing. Poor Irish War Cry and what might've been but for the thumps. I wish he could've gotten a G1. What a tough break for the Wood to be a G2 when he won it.

I think Hopper should do good in PA. Based on his career, he should be able to sire any kind of horse. May not end up a sales sire, but PA is breed-to-race anyway. They had an open house for him this weekend. Guess he is pretty cold after spending years at Santa Anita.

If not for Leparoux’ terrible ride on Classic Empire in the Preakness, he would have a maiden victory as his only one.
