Venue for 1/23

Gulfstream has 7 stakes including the Pegasus which is always interesting. We might get to actually play at one venue for a change although can't say I minded last weeks split focus. Just wish I had played SA instead of FG, but who would have though FG would be so mean after we did so well there before. Consistency not something you can too much rely on in gambling. Just have to be happy with the occasional victory.:(:wf

It will be a pleasure to enjoy the warm breezes of Gulfstream Park and its stakes rich race card after a pretty mediocre effort last weekend.

This will probably be the last chance to watch the pre-race analysis of Jason Blewitt, who is leaving to take a position with West Point Thoroughbreds. Jason will be the expert you will have to beat on Friday if you compete in that contest.

The venue is Gulfstream races 3 through 12 (10 races). Nice full fields for the most part. Should be challenging. Hopefully, we'll do way better than last week. Always baffles me when nobody hits anything with all the different ways we play, but I guess it didn't happen all that often last year. I'm guessing maybe a half a dozen times?:(

Cal was the winner of last week's points contest and as such he has both the privilege and responsibility of selecting this week's contest venue. Since he chose Races 3-12 at Gulfstream in his best judgment, that's what we will play. Shouldn't the debate stop there? By the way, writing in all caps seems the same as shouting.

Geeeeeeeee
Didn’t mean to start a Fruckus with a simple question
playing off His word of “BAFFLE ...”

Just wondering in general why we so often eliminate races
*NOT relating to CAL, just Why at all...

ALSO
I OFTEN TYPE ALL CAPS AS I FIND IT EASIER TO DO AND READ :)

I also disagree with the “concept” that somebody invented
that “using capital letters would suggest shouting “

That was one person’s opinion
and then the sheep all followed along in the herd

Let’s just put the topic to sleep and say goodnight
Sorry I even mentioned it :(

Will just keep my thoughts to myself from now on
Instead of voicing an opinion

And Just stick to making Horse choices with no additional commentary

Excellent choice Cal and nice win on a baffling card last Saturday. The Pegasus card is always a great one.
