Least Popular Player on PGA Tour

They recently did a survey of over 100 PGA Tour players. Any guesses as to who was the least popular player amongst his peers? I can tell you it was not Patrick Reed. He was second on the list. Without further adieu, the least popular player on the PGA Tour is......... Can I have a drum roll?

Bubba Watson

Here was the question: Is there a player on Tour that you would not help if you saw him in a fight in the parking lot? The #1 answer was Bubba, who got 23% of the vote. He was followed by Patrick Reed at 11%, Rory Sabatini at 9%, and then Robert Allenby who was also at 9%.

No surprises here.

Behavior issues.
Intervention by Wife & Caddie.
Still berates caddie for lousy swings.
No surprises here either.

I think he handled the news well. He didn't make excuses. He didn't get defensive. He admitted that it was a personal shortcoming and something that he needs to work on. Here was his quote after learning the results of the survey:

"Here is the way I take it: I take it as I need to improve as a man," Watson said during a news conference at Augusta National. "I take it with pride. I need to get better. And I think over my career, since my rookie season to now, I've gotten better.

"But obviously there's more room for me to improve as a man. And so hopefully next year or the year after, it improves. It's a challenge. It's great. I'm glad that it came out and it's going to help me improve."

And he's a douche because what?

BTW, nice quote by Rickie Fowler.

Anybody called Bubba should at least meet the minimum size regulations to be a Bubba. I'd like to see Bubba Smith throw him in Rae's creek

Because he berates a woman in public, bringing her to tears in front of a crowd, at the winners only event to start the year in Hawaii. The woman was a photographer for a golf publication, taking pictures of players bags and the clubs in them for a "Whats in the bag" article for every player in the field. 30 players in the field and 29 of them happily oblige. 1 player had to be a total ass to the woman and berate her.

2014 Greenbriar Classic: 140 plus players in the field. On each back 9 par 3, there is a VOLUNTEER working for TV as a club guy. The guys responsibility is to obtain from the caddie what club the player is using and relay the club to the announcers in the booth. After Ted Scott told him no, Bubba went over to the guy and said "get the hell outta here, we dont give out what club I hit" Guess how many other players in the field refused to give their club? I will give you a hint...that number is less than one.

He's a fake, a fraud and a douche.

Bob, must admit that's likely. Especially since the GOP seems to be focused on sending its JV team.

No I did not. Do you really think Jeb Bush thinks he can't beat her? Or Mitt ? Her biggest claim to fame is being married to the best president we've seen
