Didn’t you used to have horses with Ron Ellis or something like that?

I understand his gripe about confidentiality, but a large part of me thinks that this information shouldn’t be confidential. Doesn’t the betting public have the right to know about a positive test, even if the test is not confirmed by an independent tester?
