Both 3 year old AP Indy's ran great in defeat (Antipathy and Commissioner) she adds to a stacked division.

Bayern was awesome I would have thought it was a bigger fig? That horse could be the greatest horse Gary Stevens ever rode..lol
Marvelous racing and Kudos to NYRA for developing Belmont Day..it was awesome having Met on same card.

I don't know Craig. Haven't had opportunity to look at full day to connect dots but you don't need me to answer that question anyway. Time between Brooklyn/Belmont was suggested as a possible answer to any seeming disparity on their times/figs.

Antipathy is a 4-year-old.

Commissioner I thought was a complete toss. The only pro was Pletcher and his magic.

The fact that he had never been tried in a sprint race, broke his MDN at 9f and was the only horse in a stamina-testing event that had run 5x at 9f or more must not have been considered. He had been advertised since his juvenile season as a horse that would need distances as long as they wrote races to be successful and has a running style of :24+ quarters 100% conducive to production in this particular race. Those merits were heavily featured on these pages and on radio, so 'Pletcher magic' was hardly the only pro.

Did you have fun boss ? The races were very exciting. Did you have a great place to watch and enjoy the action ? Or is everyone pulling at you one way then the other. Tough beat with Commish. you deserved the money there.

Was a great 10 days and terrific ending to a superb 7 weeks starting with the fortnight run in KY. I'm on the hoof all day at Derby & Belmont and more stationary at Preakness. Baltimore is the stop that's the most enjoyable from a relaxation point of view. Thanks a lot re: Commissioner. Got little compared to him winning, which was a highly optimal result. Mildly disappointed but pleased that many people took the Commissioner pushes and greatly benefited in their plays.
