Man…I need to find a new hobby. Maybe I’m drunk (true) but how in the hell did Avenue de France just beat Going Global on the up and up. I’ve had friends for years tell me this game is tilted and not believe them. There is zero on that girls page that tells me other than an outright fix she could’ve won that race.

I’ve watched every SoCal race in the last decade and, wow, did she run crazy good. I know she was in good form but come on…whatever nobody cares. This **** is bullshit.

She really ran, but it was Hernandez who authored the win recognizing he had horse and moving when he did. Brilliant ride.

Couldn't agree more. I couldn't have bet her yesterday but if he doesn't go when he did, he ends up chasing Going Global again into the stretch and the result would have most likely have been the same as the Yellow Ribbon.

His decision to make Going Global have to go get him was the difference maker. I haven't seen figs yet but it is also possible Going Global regressed a bit while Avenue de France ran a bit better than last time.

There's been a number of jocks that have been distinguishing themselves this summer and now fall.. Hernandez obviously, as well as Vasquez and Berrios and this Vince Cheminaud is on the come..

I was sort of hoping Cheminaud could stay under the radar a bit longer. ;)

Berrios is excellent on turf. He moved hosses up on it in Florida big time.

Cave Rock is the one to beat but I will put money to win on the Classical Cat and Havnameltdown
