Are you asking because you like him? I tried hard to make a case for him, and I cant. I have him ranked no better then 7th best in this field.

No, I am asking because I am lazy and prefer not to have to handicap a horse that is not going to run. Plus, it could also affect the race shape, though, not so much here since Kid Cruz would likely be closing from far back.
