I'm into this too
Departing has been carefully handled
This is his last race of the year I expect him to make his presence felt next year in the older horse handicap division
Oaks is competitive
Be chillin grillin sippin n bettin

Kasept 09-29-2013 05:44 PM

Record show payoff of $76.40 on 3rd place finisher Carve in OK Derby with Departing burying plungers.

Departing looked just awful. Looks like a break is a good idea after all.

1/5 made the show pool:zz:

He was ridden like he was freakin secretariat...save some ground for Pete sake don't just ride 5 wide all the way around the track

cmorioles 09-29-2013 07:40 PM

I was on TVG with Rich Perloff before the big race today. All I keep getting since are Twitter messages telling me I am by far better looking than that Erie TimeformUS guy.

It's Albarado, he knows no other way....That's why Mineshaft was so special.

Not saying much being better looking then that dude.

Nice mush job on Departing...I always thought he was a fraud

cmorioles 09-30-2013 02:54 PM

Reviewing the races, pretty certain the rail was a big advantage on dirt. Probably worth giving Marathon Lady and Departing a semi-excuse next time.

Sightseek must have multiple Twitter handles.

When I was on before the Masters Stakes, Matt Carothers goes "And I thought Rosie Napravnik had fans here, Doug Salvatore! These people are going crazy for you." I look up and see my girlfriend snapping a bunch of pictures with her camera and a couple of our regular degenerate bettors yelling and cheering "Dougie!"
