Wow, the Flower Bowl is one tough race. That field is stacked.

What an effing card. A+.

Will be playing from a wedding, on Long Island, like 20 minutes from Belmont. Would have loved to made it over. A great day.

Incredible card! Hoping the weather gets better, wundergound.com forcasting up to 1/2 rain on Saturday

overcast with a chance of rain. High of 70F. Winds from the NE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 70% with rainfall amounts near 0.4 in. possible.

:(

Even Alan couldn't complain about this card.

What about the bias?

Which one? The track bias, East Coast bias, or the universal bias against stupidity?

"34 minutes between races?"

Great card. Kelso is especially strong.

Obviously the East Coast bias.

There seems to be no bias anywhere in the world against stupidity.

As for track bias, now that you mention it, I guess Alan could bitch about that.

You mean before or after Little Mike wins?

pucknut 09-27-2012 05:13 PM

Be interesting but this is Shugs house and I think he defends it and becomes the BC turf favorite

Ed Dunlop is leaving all doors (the Arc, the Turf, the E.P. Taylor) open for Snow Fairy.

IF she comes here you can, respectfully, kiss that goodbye.

Oh and I know you were merely talking about this horse and not making some grand and shocking proclamation due to fantastic odds.

I would think most people here can easily see that. :)

Good luck to you. I think Little Mike will do just fine at the distance. I guess we'll see.

pucknut 09-28-2012 10:34 AM

exactly cat its no secret that the horse will be less than even money that said its a great matchup
lil mike is a great story line and the epilogue to this race the BC has interesting repercussions
the fact that an amaerican horse is being mentioned a a possible fav in the turf is great for horse racing snow fairy or not being the actual post time fav
