The 2nd best racing day of the year in Kentucky. I think it was a brilliant move to make it a nighttime event.

So I guess the idea is to keep Royal Delta against her kind until she runs in the Distaff at Santa Anita and is retired?

And the avg Royal Delta shows up, goofy horse in that her good is really good but she has too many average races for her talent.

They just need to send her to Dubai again so she can be up the track for a 3rd time. That'll prove how great she is. :rolleyes:

I am against Take Charge Indy, while he can win his last big fig is dressed up and think Ron the Greek has been super chasing lone on the lead Game on Dude, also think Fort Larned is the other likely winner.

Put up a solid battle at least.

Good to see Fort Larned back to his 2012 form. That was a powerhouse performance.

That's how you ride a speed horse! Classy one at that. Take the starch out of Take Charge Indy who has never been able to sustain a fast pace. Congrats to the connections!

royal delta looked like crap....played against her last year on the trip back from dubai...of course played with her this year...maybe it's just the way she runs but she seems to have a very laboring motion to her...or at least she did last night...almost like too much movement

Oscar Party ran a very game third in the Regret, will play back in hopefully a similar spot.
