an OFF MARKET shore point property in Belmar, NJ for WELL below market value??

Subject prop is only 13.7 miles (24 min drive) from Monmouth Park! :D:D

My brother looked at me like I had 3 heads when I pumped off that last line as one of my marketing tools for this property.
