I never noticed it in the movie, but seeing the picture I see him now. It's Michael Shannon of Boardwalk Empire (and a bunch of other great roles) fame.

Nelson's a strange duck alright. Michael Shannon's one the best in the business at the moment.

funny enough this movie was filmed in my wifes home town. my friends had a bar there. lots of crew and bill getting efed up wile filming..they said at the time he was alot of fun and very cool guy...
