I wonder if moving the Pegasus to late December when the GP meet opens wouldn't be more fruitful in drawing a decent field every year. I'd bet a few of those above (e.g., Higher Power, War of Will) would take one final crack before retiring. Might bolster the Clark and Cigar Mile, too, with enough spacing for 2 starts post-BC. |
