Most likely just made my last bet at Santa Anita and any other track that seems intent on ending the sport with these mindless whip rules. You can’t tell me that Tarantino doesn’t win there if his rider could use the whip as he is a horse who needs to be worked on a lot and the jock wasn’t able to.
