NHL Playoffs
It's the Panger's favorite time of the year. How many times will Pierre McGuire fawn over something Penguins during the course of the playoffs? Can the Capitals ever win a playoff series? Will the Canucks figure out a way to get by their playoff nemesis, the Blackhawks? Is there enough geritol to go around for the ancient backliners in the Red Wings-Coyotes series?
I'm a fan, but I just can't see the Wings winning 15 more games with the injury issues they've had. My prediction is the Canucks escaping the red hot goaltending of Pekke Rinne in the West finals, while the undermanned Penguins will figure out a way to make it from the East. Canooges win in six to bring America's Hat their first Stanley Cup since 1993. |

And I didn't like the Nordiques. I needed a jacket, it was cheap and the only other team they had in my size was the Dallas Cowboys and i'd rather freeze than wear that.

Tic Tic Tic
The countdown is on to the end of Claude Juilian's coaching days with the Bs. And of course it has to be against the F'n Habs. :( |

So where is Mathew to explain this......
How do the #8 seed Black Hawks ring up 5 on #1 seed Vancouver in 25 minutes making the canookies look like the Hartford Whalers?? Why does this sport have one of these disasters from a high seed each and every year? Do the Hawks actually win this series? |

Much as I'd like to see the Hawks move on, I think the Canucks will manage to come back and take it.
