Joe McKnight chooses USC
Nice hook by So Cal and terrible loss for LSU.
|
I think this sums it up best.....
"Well, the people obsessed with football recruiting at an intensity that, were it directed toward 17-year-old girls instead of 17-year-old guys, might result in a series of Dateline NBC specials, aren't so sure" |

Sorry, but I'm sitting here at work and listening to the Rivals show and I'm going nuts. I can't help myself. OOOH... Michigan got a huge QB. Geesh... 6'7"?!!! |

I just checked Tidefans and Bama is doing quite well. Just landed a good reciever...Brandon Gibson

Tell you what... South Carolina is the SEC team I'm the most worried about for next season. It wouldn't surprise me one bit to see them contend for the SECC game in a couple of years.

Texas will end up with the best recruiting class in the Nation. Out of the top 20 prospects in this state, Texas looks like they have about 15 rapped up. Oklahoma had no prospects in the top 25... or maybe one, I find that completely unbelievable. ATM only had a few in the top 20 in this state. Texas cleaned up in its own state like never before.
Two years and watch out. |

Florida doesnt need any back up QB's with the Heisman Tim Tebow!
My alma-mater U of Arizona is having a decent recruiting year again.. IMO the top recruiting teams will be: Florida USC Texas Notre Dame South Carolina LSU (big loss not getting that RB) Michigan |

BBall Started 14-2 and now 15-7... awesome starting 5 and no bench! I do believe in Mike Stoops... Tuitama, Antoine Cason and Mike Thomas should bring us to a bowl game next year! Bear down Red and Blue! Did you go to the RTIP also? |

The only omission I see in that list is the Vols, Fat Phil brought in a good class, regretably. |

By some accts. the Trojans got the top 3 players in the nation, which pleases me no end!
|
what i find funny, such a big deal is made out of these 4&5 star players, then they don't qualify for school and have to go the juco root.
wvu got a kid from Alabama, because he couldn't qualify. it's signing day and he CAN'T qualify for wvu either.:D |

marve signed with miami because he couldn't qualify for the SEC schools. the qualifing standards Should be the same for conferences. IMO. |
My friends son is going to Tulsa. Comminted to K. State then changes his mind to go to Tulsa. He's got a real chance to start there so off he goes to the Big 12. Another guy I know his nephew is going to USC as a DB'er. Lot's of tackles and speed to burn. Team won a Michigan football title the last 2 years in a row.
