After two races, rail speed prevails, both at a sprint and a route...........

My friend The Bid has one in the 5th I really like, the 1. Singled her in the P3. Didn't care for the slop last out at CD but worked :59 4/5 two weeks ago so clearly it wasn't physical. Previous was a dynamite MSW win against weaker and I expect a return to that performance (had worked a bullet into that race as well.)
Hopefully he's on tonight to shed some insight. |

Have a p3 finishing with the 1,3,6,8,10 in various denominations. I really have no insight whatsoever into this 4th race, so bombs away! |

BINGO!!
tri and super for jim in actual wagers. |

I hit the P3 2x :) The 1 in the next is sitting at 11-1. That's an absurd price. |
Some other looks:
R6: New Awakening will probably go off at a short price off the last race but he got a perfect trip behind a very fast early pace. I'm standing against and using the 5, who has shown legitimate closing ability in sprints with the 1,2,3 underneath. Interesting note on the scratched #8 who would have been favored: the day I hit the p6 at Aqueduct I had to sweat out a photo against that guy for like 10 minutes, and I knew I had it locked up if I got by that race. I love racing. R8: #7 American Man ran on a hefty pace last time out but figures to get a softer one here, and could wire this group if he gets clear at a nice price. |

(I know it's a mortal sin to redboard but I've had 5 straight on-top winners at TP. I don't think I've EVER done that before.) |
Nobody has, brother. Nobody ('cept maybe Hooves....)

just kidding. peeked in on this thread. you folks are bangin 'em good. keep the good stuff going...... gl the rest of the card! |
Phil,
No sin to redboard here, we've already established that. This group is getting too tight and too good to bust your balls when you share a win. Serious 'cappin is goin' on, nobody will doubt you. This is what Hooves was talkin' about, this board has a real good feel right now. And we need to keep it all about winning. Like you're doing tonight. |
This board is hopping tonight. Lets crush them the rest of the way.
|
only thing that would slow these guys down is if I start betting their picks...:o which I am NOT gonna do...
|
This Alonzo kid may be the shizzle!
|
He is the NEW shizzle!
|
Crap, didn't think the Hawthorne shipper would do it.
oh well. good thing for the earlier scores. |
Keep an eye on this bug, he looks a lot like Bejarano and he's got heart.
|
I'll blow $20 of this illgotten gain on a 1-4 exacta box.
Tonight was a good night boys, hope to see you Thursday. |

Looking at the last... the 11 is getting no respect whatsoever at 22/1. Has shown a little speed in each of his races, maybe that'll be enough to clear the field. He was 3 lengths off of a pretty nice sprinter at the 1/2 (Littlebitobling, 1/2 to Too Much Bling.) |
Sonofabitch. Got mowed down by the favorite late at 30-1. Thought I was home.
The degenerate gambling continues at Delta Downs, race 5. The 10 draws outside but figures to have it his own way on the front end @ 4-1. |
I am with ya bro, Delta baby!

The 6th looks like a 3 horse race- the 4,7, and 8. The 7 has gone off odds-on in her last two, and now sits at 9-1. Strictly a price play as I think all are relatively evenly matched. 7/4,8 4,8/7 |
I'm with ya, but adding the 6 for second and third. He won't be in the boxes.
|
That was... no good.
On to the 7th... where there's good opportunity. The 6 and 7 are 7/2 and 6/1 respectively, and a combined 2/59. Call me crazy but a 1 for 35 8 year old isn't going to show enough improvement to warrant 7/2. I'll take the 1, who steps out his maiden breaker at the same trip. 1/2,5,10 |
