Santa Anita 12.29 thread

I'll be using the TG sheets if anyone is interesting. I will try and post who I like with 10MTP....

2Hot4TV 12-29-2006 03:29 PM

always interested

Race 2

Not much value here but the 2 has moved forward in his last four starts. The 5's debut number is particular strong which is why O'Neil privately purchased, could be anything. Definite use in the exotics.

2,5/2,4,5

Also

ANYONE can follow along and try to pick up some of the nuisances of Thorograph. They are free for today and tomorrow and I plan on doing Santa Anita tomorrow also so go to www.thorograph.com and download today's sheets to you can put logic with some of my reasoning

good luck scavs...whats bafferts nos for dropping out of a stks..

Race 3

I have a feeling that my pick is going to be pounded right now but the 2 horse, Celtic Sunshine is a great play here. When looking at the TG's, you will see that he has run essentially the same race in his two races and got claimed in his second start. Miller is 22% off the claim and 38% with Nak (limited starters). What the most important number is that Victory Gallop progeny improves an average of two TG points when they go from a sprint to a route. You will notice this number on the bottom of the horses 'sheet' until the horses sire stats. VG's progeny average a 15 in sprints and that drops to a 12.75 in routes.

I just looked and he OPENED at 6/5, obviously I am not the only one that likes him.....

No idea, that rat was fast enough with his MSW but really moved back the last couple. Typical Baffert win though. Trevor was touting the 5 horse on the turn, though I might get there

4th was a hard race. I am trying to show restraint this in this up and coming year thus no play for me. I would have played the 8 though

Scav 12-29-2006 05:01 PM

These F'N ****smokers Oregon State, I hope MIZZOU comes back and kicks a 55 yarder to win it all.

(Not a huge deal but I have 18 on Mizzou in my college bowl pool)

If that isn't getting screwed, I don't know what is.

Was locked and loaded with the 6 and I have to rewatch it so I can either be pissed, or be pissed and yell at Gomez

2MinsToPost 12-29-2006 05:17 PM

In the 8th I REALLY like Broad Try. No more Hollyweird, little over a mionth off, steady work pattern, etc etc..

This horse seems to be on the improve.

hoovesupsideyourhead 12-29-2006 05:21 PM
