Crooked NYRA stewards . Earlier Ortiz comes out 8 paths practically elbowed his brother in the face and no DQ. This 4 Hoss is half the size of the 1 and beat him on the square and because he comes out a little to get past the tiring leader he. Comes down . They suck and are both Inconsistent and incompetent .
