Nice, Jim! Cancel did what I wanted on the 2, but the horse just wasn't good enough. Nice call on the 7, had the race under his belt and was an overlay.

This track is absurd, almost to the point of unplayable. It is an absolute merry-go-round out there. Decorated Soldier who probably drowns this field on a fair track gets outposted and forced to run in the 2, 3 path and ends up swimming with no opportunity to make up ground.

It seems like the jocks are on top of it and whoever is inside and get the lead and protect their position has to do so at all costs. I wonder if we will see some riding with everyone trying to get the lead, but even then the only horse who will have a chance is whoever gets the rail behind he speed.

Paco was paying attention but Nevin's horse was many lengths better than than the 2 and Davis did his best to keep the 5 inside to get up for second.

This is killing me Tom, my wife is out of town with my son, the clock strikes midnight for me tonight and I won't get many more days to play. I can only watch this right now, take notes I probably can't get to use the next time they run and put my focus on Del Mar.

On this track horse was the only play. 3-2 is generous

You know Sabine told Oscar Gomez that you have the fastest horse out of the gate, make sure you get the lead at any cost and just let the horse roll from there, the track will carry you home.

I agree, the 5's early speed figures made it clear that the 3 could not hold him off on the lead even with the post advantage. 3-2 was generous considering.

Thanks, Joe. The 4 seems to have a tactical advantage as the lone speed which Leparoux actually does a very good job when he is lone speed. The horse I didn't use that scares me is the 1 who has a right to significantly improve off the long layoff, she may need some help up front though.

Thanks, Tom! I'm trying to take what the track will give today. I think the 9th is the best betting race on the card and the best shot for a longshot. The 9 is the horse to beat there, but will be way over bet doing something that she has not done before.
