Um.. Tepin?
 

Once upon a time, a result like today's Queen Anne would've had a page full of threads started. This is easily the most significant win in Europe for an American horse in my lifetime, so enormous kudos to Mark & Norm Casse, Robert Masterson, Julien Leparoux and, most importantly, the freakish Bernstein 5-year-old who gave me that memory. Salute!!

Worked all day so just checked the racing news. Went on youtube and watched the race. VERY nice!!!!! :):tro:

Shes great. Not sure she would have beaten Celestine on Saturday though.

It was a fabulous occurrence, was thrilled to read about it this am.
Just had major surgery two weeks ago, with complications, so i am behind on a lot of stuff.

The boss was on Tepin early expecting huge things for her. I think we got a couple of nice prices at the beginning

Celestine ran a monster race, Tepin would of had to equal or beat a track record to get by her.

But then you had Pure Sensation setting a track record two races prior so that might not be a strong arguing point.

I don't think I said anything that deserved that. I'm not saying Celestine is better or even close, but her effort Saturday was huge.

Thanks Joey.....either the rest of the field got winded or her after burners kicked in, I think the latter, turn of foot seemed really sharp

Super impressive. She has multiple gears: fast and supersonic. I was amazed with that acceleration considering how quick she likely was already going.

Only from friends. She started her meteoric rise after i moved to the midwest. I may have one from last year....

Kind of funny how the anti-lasix people jumped on this victory to prove that no horses need lasix.
