Your Oaks / Derby futures

Who do you have?

Gate Dancer 05-01-2015 11:22 AM

Have Ocho Ocho Ocho at 26-1...........(nice draw).............

robfla 05-01-2015 12:43 PM

looking back at the pools, there are very few horses that turned out to be of any real value - except the top 3-4 favs

Not using him but good luck.

Miss Storm Cat, do you think Puca has a chance to hit the board?

I'm using her underneath (but am one of the last people to listen to today and tomorrow). :p

Good luck!

Thanks! Well her Daddy didn't do too bad at CD from the outside. Hopefully the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.

Thanks! I have never hit any future although if you think about I had some really fine picks in the past (...like Itsallaboutthechase!).

Very very happy. Good luck tomorrow!!!

Nice call Miss Storm Cat.....and thanks to you I salaged my bet. I bet $10 across the board on Puca, and at the last 2nd I put a $4 Place bet on Shook Up only because you mentioned her. That gives me a few more schekels to put on Dortmund tomorrow :)

Frosted at 38-1
Dortmond 10-1

..... And Orb at 80-1

Kitan 05-01-2015 11:49 PM

Not a big futures bettor...but did throw some petty cash on these.

Frosted at 40-1 in Pool 4.
Upstart at 18-1 in Pool 4.
War Story at 20-1 in Vegas (yikes!) and 41-1 in Pool 4.

Pleased to discover the 39-1 return on Lovely Maria in my XB account yesterday. The IP was blocked at Churchill so I hadn't seen the pop until driving back yesterday.

I wonder what the second worst redboard will be on message boards during this decade.

I don't want Johnny D. mad at you. Xpressbet was available on mobile devices all weekend on the grounds. It was a relief because the betting lines were the longest and slowest I have ever experienced.

Johnny never gets mad! Twin Spires a sponsor too and used my TS having been there 2 weeks on the media wireless.. But I bet the futures with XB in March. The best part of FW's is forgetting exactly what you played and receiving the surprise when one hits.

I used my Twinspires account also.;) The first timers I was with all said they would be opening advanced wagering accounts if they returned. CDI should enclose tspires info with the tickets. I got in line an hour before the Woodford and would have been shut out if not for my phone accounts.

Great coverage as always Steve.

It's always great Tom. When the weather is nice like this past weekend it is as a good a sporting event as there is. You learn little nuances every year about the logistics of the trip that make it better. The two most important I've learned are get seats and have alternative ways to wager. We'll get tickets next year and I'll pick you up in Columbus on the way.

Sounds like a plan. I spent my day wagering at BWs!!
