Am I losing my mind here or is the Aqueduct board posting double probables to 10 horses in the 7th race when there is only a 9 horse field? My program does not have a 10 horse in the 7th. :confused:

Unlimited Budget has to be taken down for that herding by JV, that made the difference in the race.

Wow, not even a look? The 2 was making a move at the 1 and JV comes out to intimidate him and stop his move and they don't even look at it? That is complete BS in my opinion.

JV put on a session in race riding, but I agree, to not even look is ridiculous. Same thing in the stake yesterday.

The problem is the NY stewards don't care about herding at all. Time and time again they have shown they don't consider herding a foul, which makes absolutely no sense. I have said it before, eventually someone is going to get hurt and then these idiots will be forced to look into herding. Until then, all of the jocks know they can get away with it, and will continue to do it.
