It is absurd that California would even honor this ban, but you can sleep rest assured that she will not be suspended for the Pacific Classic

From what I have heard, they can and will honor it. But she is appealing it so it wont affect the Pacific Classic status.

or she can ask for a waiver just for the pac classic. i just have a hard time seeing her kept from that race. not that i think it would matter for the horse.

dullahan will be a contender. so far my top pick is richard's kid in the pacific classic. dullahan is 2nd. rail trip will be 3rd. those horses are specialists on polytrack. those remain my top 3 picks.

game on dude and acclamation are gonna be the speedsters. game on dude doesn't seem to have yet lost a step but i dont think del mar isn't his best surface. so may not win this one. as for acclamation, well he appears to have lost a step and beat the dude easily in last year's race but had to hold off twirling candy at the end though. in his lone 2 starts have been wins but barely though. so am not too high either of them but will root for both them.

A little off-topic, but any news on Creative Cause. There was probably no chance of him going in this race, but talk of these west coast based horses had me wondering about him

Not biting your head off but merely asking... how has Acclamation lost a step?

He's won his last 7 starts... 5 of which were G1s and the other 2 G2s.

Juat curious why you think the way you do.

I haven't heard a thing since reading he'd probably be back later on this summer but that was a while ago. :wf

in his lone 2 starts have been wins but barely though. i've noticed they haven't been in the usual fashion imo as his wins last year.

No way. I don't bet fake dirt races. Also, you know me by now. I don't have loyalty to these horse. I'm a "what have you done for me lately" kind of guy and Rail Trip was a horse I used to like a long time ago but have no interest in now.

I hate fake dirt races, especially del mar's and kee, though this years dmr is playing more fair than I can remember.

Okay Kingie I believe you, that you're being sincere, but I'm just saying when you see the odds right before the race sorry but I'll bet there's a chance of a little tug at your heartstrings which you'll rationalize as something else completely.
