"out of context" isn't what you are trying to say, if you link the above. Don't you mean, "she stumbled over her words"? That's not the same thing as "yes, she did say it, but other words go with it" That's not what the link you provided says.

Fact is not opinion nor belief, those three things are not interchangable; and out-of-context doesn't mean the person never said it, it means yes, the person did say it.
