This is what happens when you try and get too f*cking cute. Notice I don't have 8-2-4 pick 3. I pressed the 1 heavy when he opened up at 3-5. So all I have is a 2-4 double for $66.70 instead of the 1 pick 3 for $199.

No need to waste time handicapping Gulfstream. Too many race with no form and too many question marks. Just throw darts and you will be better off.

Pick 4 pays $105k, yet P5 pays only $22k! :eek:

Pick 4 pool was $131,964, P5 pool was $71,588. Would assume 1 ticket on P4 and perhaps 3 tickets with P5.

That's not true and it's a defeatist attitude. As was the case last winter, it doesn't take but the occasional big hit to make out. You have to persevere and get a few to run for you.
