Hello to everyone

I have been lurking here for a couple of weeks and I like what I have been reading, alot of good insight mixed in with some controversy. I do see alot of familiar names here and I am sure some of them would remember me from other boards (I used a different Name).

I am involved in the THoroughbred business so hopefully on occassion I will be able to provide some helpful info.

Yeah I am new here too. I post pretty frequently on the Del Mar board, which is great. Great people, love to talk about anything horse related and not just the gambling and betting aspect of it.
I used to post on the old NYRA board to get my NY racing fix and then a little bit on the ESPN Board which has turned into something that resembles the Bronx Zoo. It's too much of a Madhouse over there.
This board looks great and I am happy that I was tipped off to it from someone on the ESPN board ( Thanks evangelinedowns) Very similiar to Del Mar site. Great people and great conversations. It's great to have a NY Racing board again.

Welcome here, good, fun people here, I too frequent Del Mar site, some funny people there as well, these two sites give you a good measure of East and West.

Yes it does. We have the annual Del Mar V. Saratoga Debate each year which is alot of fun. The board seems very similiar except it just being from an East Coast point of view. I think I am going to enjoy it here

Newbie here too.

Was introduced to this forum, unfortunately, by the link to the Lost in the Fog news that was posted in a number of other forums around the racing world. But I'm glad I found it.

Previous lurking done at the Del Mar Fan Forum as well. I agree that the two places are similar -- lots of good people, interesting (and sometimes heated) debates, knowledgable participants, and great humor.

Looking forward to losing my weanling/yearling (is there juvenile?) status soon.

welcome, you'll meet some cool people and people that think everyone should think like them. All in all its the best horse racing board on the net.
