Insanity at Belmont
burn your racing forms, sheets, thoroughgraphs.
|
Yeah, how could anyone have had these insane horses?
Race 1 - $6.60 winner Race 2 - $7.00 winner Race 3 - $5.50 winner Race 4 - $8.40 winner Race 5 - $10.80 winner Race 7 - $4.60 winner (Trappe Shot) Race 8 - $10.80 winner |
That was a pretty good claim for 35k.

This title would fit well for the premature move on Brilliant Speed. I'll have to watch it again, but at first glance, te horse hung for a reason.

race-2--loved the winner race 3--another horrible favorite winning, where were all the damn horses race 4--beginning of bias blah on the winner race 5--not insane race 6--ok not so insane either race 7--not insane race 8--super insane, this horse sucks. It was a race between two horses, instead some loser horse rides the bias to win race 9--yeah horse wins race who had no business winning race 10--head scratcher, with straight story in there, plus with all that class and talent the belmont---no freaking comment |
I'm happy for George and Lori Hall. Silver lining of the whole Ruler on Ice win...no on camera remarks by Barry Irwin about trainers or drugs the entire time.
|
Happy for the jockey too.:) Great post race interview.
|
Just saw the head on of the start on Versus. Did Isn't He Perfect come over on Mucho Macho Man? It looked like that's what caused the squeezing of Animal Kingdom.

I hate Valdivia...maybe even more than Chavez and Luzzi.
Well. let's be honest, no one will ever top Luzzi in my book. |

Clearly, Johnny V is not adept with these kinds of mounts. Most of his stakes wins have came aboard heavily favored Pletcher runners. I surely hope Barry Irwin replaces him with a real jockey like Robby Albarado.

Have felt this way about Johnny V. for a while now...And i hated that he was the replacement for Robby in the Derby since i had a nice future wager on AK. Not very adept on come from behinders on the dirt for sure. Wonder what his ROI is over the years in Stakes? You people can think what you want but I'm allowed to have very valid opinions too! Andy and Andy are so blinded by east coasters it's pathetic on both of your parts!!

after jv got hurt i think in 06 he was a bit timid in his return .but that was years ago.trust me the rest of the world would love to have jv on any horse.
