Good one, though it sounds a little awkward. I'd change it to "Herculean Labor" or "Labor of Hercules".

If you use Johannesburg (ie South Africa) and Fastness (ie castle) together, you come up with "Castle of Good Hope" (a fortification built by the Dutch East India Company) or the more general but also more succinct "Star Fort" (the type of fort the Castle is).

Also, Multiplicity is a half-brother to the great iron horse, Sahara King, so there is some more African links to explore there.
