I was disappointed that Biondetti got the #1 PP for the Juvy - that's about the only PP I didn't want him to get.

I'm sure Baffert would rather have 12 in the Classic versus 1 in the Derby. The post isn't the greatest, but I think it's inconsequential as the horse wants to run outside anyway.

I must be missing something. Quality Road is going to the lead. So what's wrong w/ the 1 hole?

Nothing. I don't see how any post position matters when there are only 12 horses in the field and over 1/4 mile to the first turn.

Indeed it does for QR, not a toss out but rough. Just be nice to see the guy, Lucky, catch a break. I know it isn't the death sentence he got in the Derby.
