Horseplayer Attempts 450 Race, Single-Day Marathon Wagering Session

Sorry if this was already posted but didn't notice a link. Pete Fornatale will be attempt a day-long effort to wager on every race and every track around the world offered on TwinSpires. You can follow along on USTREAM. I would have thought several DerbyTrailers have done this on several occasions already.

Watching it live.. Should be fun :)

MaTH716 09-03-2010 08:37 AM

Wow 450 races, obviously the guy can't be married or have any kids.

Most of this board.

South Beach Luv 09-03-2010 09:24 AM

I can't see the link at work, is he actually handicapping the races or just picking $2 show bets on them?

Because even if he spent as little as 10 minutes looking at each race, that would be 75 hours of handicapping.

slotdirt 09-03-2010 09:28 AM

You have to be just playing odds or otherwise randomly picking horses in order to accomplish this.

MaTH716 09-03-2010 09:43 AM

I don't believe that someone just asked him where his Fat Charts were.........Safe bet it was a Nerdy Trail member.

MaTH716 09-03-2010 10:20 AM

OMG a PG1985 reference..................

11:17 ustreamer-75596: esteemed handicapper pg1985 is betting cuckoo rock HEAVY wp
11:18 ustreamer-70751: who is pg1985?
11:19 ustreamer-75596: Joey S. at CapitalOTB
11:20 ustreamer-31365: Ive heard of that guy
11:21 ustreamer-75596: He's a massive talent.

Even before that the same guy made a reference to Fat Charts and a prediction based off the fat charts.
I think the whole things is comical. While you are right that it's probably not him, but there is no way that you can throw him totally out of the equation and that's what makes it so funny (at least to me). Also trying to guess who is posting picks representing him is just as good.

RockHardTen1985 09-03-2010 11:32 AM

12:45 ustreamer-21373: DAHOSS OUT.
12:46 ustreamer-33189: I think Dahoss is a legend in his own mind. Just thain'
12:46 ustreamer-96474: the_fat_man here. My fat chart says the 6 is a standout at that BIASED monmouth track
12:50 ustreamer-10967: speaking of Finger Lakes, I heard Tom from PaceAdvantage crushes it over there

This is more entertaining than actually betting the races

Must be one of those 3-1 P3/4 bettors. Those who can't produce those > $30 horses, need to be out taking shots at those who can.

philcski 09-03-2010 11:53 AM

12:48 ustreamer-96474: P NOTE BLUE CHIP is UPSET special. Would have more confidence if chester had TRAKUS and POLY
12:49 ustreamer-68389: dahoss is the best. Did you know he had a positive roi in 120 races. He told everyone about it. He won a head to head contest on the interweb

12:52 ustreamer-63517: I don't know about P NOTE BLUE CHIP. He has TERRIBLE FOOTWORK and the driver is a *@#(*#in pinhead

LOL... Dude was only betting and losing 2-1 horses while I was watching. Why doesnt he post his bets realtime instead of just posting the number of races he has played. He is full of ****.

I got word that the PG, Dahoss and Fatman **** was all the same person and its not anyone that anyone would ever guess. AND THE PERSON HAS NO BEEFS WITH ANY OF THE 3, THEY WERE JUST MESSING AROUND...

eajinabi 09-04-2010 11:12 PM

I am not impressed. He is a degenerate gambler who is desperate. I will bet that he returns no profit from all his bets.
