#4, Danaher showed speed going 6F and held the best in a race that fell apart late

#6, Top PRospect, tried to wire in a 7F race and just fell apart late in a race that went 2-1.

Problem for the 6 is that the 4 is too fast for him early, and, if his jock doesn't rate but tries to run with the pace, he'll be cooked. Da Silva is good but not that good.

Just about as fine a ride as you'd want by JV. I really like it when a jock makes no effort to get position on a horse that's no trying to stay with the pace. JV figures, widest on the turn, midpack, is the ideal spot. :rolleyes:
