5 and 11 have both beaten the 6 in the past, though the 6 ran a much improved race last out. The 11 is 3:1 and the 5 is 17:1, and well worth a bet at those odds. It comes down to whether the 5 can stretch out (good luck with this jock:rolleyes:).

Interesting ride by Bejarano to say the least. He gives up the hedge on the 1st turn, effectively giving the 6 a perfect trip, while having his horse run a ton more. Good thing that one had nothing.

Thnx Matt - straight up chalk thus far... Thought Smith had a real shot at 30-1 in the first leg, horse actually finished up nicely - surprised it will actually pay well to the 4 (2nd choice now)

Malibu Pier is one serious filly... Thought I was clear there for a decent payday (for a chalkfest)...

It was almost the perfect storm with Garcia almost putting Raffie over the rail. I can't believe he still got her up after that. I think Vic was amazed too based on that call. But ya, I would say that was an impressive performance.
