I did notice when Smith pulled her up after the race he sat there for a minute looking down at her left front leg... Anyone else notice that?

Mike Smith was looking at her left leg. He looked at it mulitiple times.

I thought it was the left..but whatever leg.. I hope nothing is wrong.

I sincerely hope not. The starch has already been taken out of this stretch of the season, this would just take the air out of the balloon completely.

I noticed and wondered at the time if something had gone wrong.

Here is the thing, Smith would have never stayed on her back and galloped her home if it was anything close to serious.

She should have easily been clipped while in that trouble, hopefully it is just a minor scrap or cut.

There pre-race answers sure lead people to believe she is a-ok. We didn't some of the "We'll see how she comes out and figure out a plan" type crap

Doesn't it typically take up to 72 hours to really know if something serious yet not severe happened.. We all know she didnt snap a leg off.

I was there Saturday and took a ton of photos, I even got some as her groom was walking her back to the barn after the race. She was walking fine then and had no visible injuries. I just checked my photos and zoomed in on the legs to look for any injuries and didn't see anything noticeable, no cuts or bleeding.

Hope she's ok...

i know, it seems like racing is taking it on the chin lately. as if the finacial times are not bad enough its like horse racing wise theres not enough good news or luck for the game. other than the derby build up, which has become a crap shoot of a race anyway. there are very few stars that get people interested... the game needed this apple blossom and now thats shot too. i hope its just a rumor.

I've heard she was out of her stall and looking good today. Hope somebody can independently confirm.

Twaddle from Twitter or Facebook should not be taken very seriously --I don't go there, but apparently someone posted she would be out 4-6 months--and logic would tell you that she would either be out for good or not out all.

She is going to the AB until further notification ...

Several RELIABLE posters have seen her today out grazing without bandages , and one posted a picture elsewhere.

No one in Ocala will know more than people that walked alongside of her or saw her Sat, Sun , and or Mon.

There is a an article in the DRF or TDN that mentioned Ingordo is at the sale (I believe he picked up Odysseus last year, which is why he was mentioned). I'm not sure if that is who Round Pen is talking about, but if it is, it would be a pretty good source.

Now that you mentioned Ingordo's name--sure, but several eyewitnesses have seen her and I think the rumor is probably just that .

Several claimed to have emails from very reliable sources that Rachel had a soft tissue injury and stood by the reliability of said un named sources, and that was a wash .

Zenyatta's injury allegedly was an ankle--take a look for yourself at today's photo shoot of unwrapped ankles and the rest of the package at TBC.

I agree that a lot of people seem to enjoy speculating about both of them. I think it was last year that people were saying something was wrong with Zenyatta and we all know how that year went for her...

Hopefully everything is a-ok!

The 4-6 months off was in referrence to an alleged and fictitious ankle injury ,but I acknowledge your scheduling snark .

Undoubtably there will be a break somewhere, but not 4-6 ..
