Anyone have a guess of how long winvivor will last? 10 days would be my guess.

I think that's a pretty good guess. I'll be surprised if it goes past 12 days.

I've got In the Slips for tomorrow.

Im looking at a few tomorrow. In the Slips is one of them, Im also looking at Devil Cat MD and Smooth as Candy.

Wow, mymissstormcat is already in 6th place in the Showvivor contest, and the contest hasn't even started!

Looks like the rankings are in continuous flux. mymisstormcat is no longer in the top 100, much less the top 10. Dang it!

A lot of people are signing up today. Right now there are 2356 in Winvivor and 2776 in Showvivor.

I was thinking it was probably a good idea to use different horses for these two contests so I used BIg Bad Leroybrown in the Sensational Star cause i figured he'd be behind the winner. Stupidly changed it so I'm out of Showvivor already! :D

I always remind myself not to change any picks and yet I always do. Doh!

Anyway I shall root for you AND for Leroy, even though...

My girlfriend got through winvivor with this horse, she lost showvivor the next race with the 1.

Ugh I had the 6. Oh well. Hope you last thru day 1.

Im using Treat Gently in Showvivor tomorrow.

I like her a lot. I remember her win last year at Saint-Cloud (can't think of the name of the race... no pp's but she beat Dar Re Mi. This was months before the race with Zarkava). Anyway good luck. She's a nice horse. No idea if she can do it tomorrow but i sure as hell hope she does well.

I'll figure out who I'm using tomorrow!

1235 dropped out of Showvivor today, leaving 1980 showvivors. That's 38% gone the first day.

Oddly, just 24% of the Winvivor players dropped out today. 2086 Winvivor players are left.

Hard to for me to look past Worth a Punt in the 1st--all 5 of his BSF's are better than any of the 15 BSF's posted by the other 5 entries. Stepping down from the MSW's, it looks like he should handle these. I don't see any other standout to go to for Winvivor, and I like the 6-horse race for Showvivor.

Thank God I did not use Diamondarella for Showvivor.....I considered it for a long time, but played one of the maiden races instead

I used her for Brisnet's Race of the Day... glad I also went somewhere else for the two SA contests.

That's crazy! I hope that person had real money on the horse too.

I used Free Flaying Soul so Im through till Wednesday.

Me too. Looks like there will be about 590 people in Winvivor heading in to Wednesday. Good luck to all still alive.

I had Free Flying Soul for both contests, too. 624 still alive in Winvivor. 1039 in Showvivor.
