No way in hell I could do a timeline after this trip. Clearly not enough brain cells left in this skull of mine to even attempt to remember it all. 15 hard years of drinking everything but shoe polish and battery acid will tend to have that affect :-). So, might was well take advantage of this little blackberry thingamajig and just do a running thread.

Just arrived at airport here in Roanoke to the wonderful news via text from Bigs and Matt that a 50-1 shot won the 2nd leg of Tampa pick 6. What a great way to start the trip!! Get the markers and pens ready Bigs, we got a long night ahead of us.

Ok, just walked the entire terminal here. Took all of about 2 minutes. No danger getting lost in this joint. A whopping 6 gates here...amazing. I'm thinking Chatauex Bigs, my accomodations for this trip, might be about the same size.
I'm thinkn food sounds good right now.

Bigs 8 yo daughter looks awfully damn familiar. I think I dunked on her last year in that 12 and under rec league!! I was gonna start talking trash, but it was her bedtime. She's lucky....

Failed to mention this last night. I have been blessed to see a lot of beautiful sights in my travels through the years. I can now add watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico from 15,000 feet to the list. Was quite the sight on descent.

77 and sunny. Life is good. Hangn with Bigs at the crib with a dog that snores louder than any human being I have heard.

One of the better sandwiches I have had at a track. Almost as good as the Carolina BBQ. :D
