Inauguration Play Along

My wife asked why this is such a big deal. When you consider this has only happened 40 some times in the history of this country, this is a very special day.

I was reminded during the motorcade of the TV show "24", and I'm sorry to say I was thinking something may happen. But all was safe.

Can't believe how many people are there. Really amazing.

Now all the old Presidents are coming through. Pretty special to see them all, although Bush 41 looks like he's not doing too well. Mrs. Carter has aged very gracefully and Hillary looks pregnant.

this is the first time I can remember, where all of the former Presidents were at an inauguration. Guess they want to be a part of history... and don't blame them one bit. This day will be etched into every history book from now on and if had the choice, would have liked to have been there myself.

TheSpyder 01-20-2009 10:45 AM

Obama looked scared sh*tless walking down the hall and very lonely

GPK 01-20-2009 10:48 AM

He had a slight screwup when repeating after the guy swearing him in. I would have too though, the guy gave him like 15 words to remember.

Actually Roberts messed up the words. Obama knew the right words.

TheSpyder 01-20-2009 11:51 AM

Tell me George Bush isn't the happiest person in the US today...Free at last!

SCUDSBROTHER 01-20-2009 11:54 AM

Michelle is freezing. "Get in the copter, fool."

ninetoone 01-20-2009 11:55 AM

I would have hired "Sully" as my pilot of Air Force One & kicked the other guy to the curb if I was the prez.

She was the only one there with any style. Michele Obama's dress was terrible. The gloves were just tragic.

That brother is more left-handed than that junk relief pitcher that re-signed with the Phils. The one who got suspended for the supplement he bought at GNC.

I'd give the kid a pass, he's had a very tough weekend.

That being said, I will just put it in the memory bank and save it for a rainy day.

I tried helping you get off the canvas last night with Dylbert. Besides with you being the exception to the rule when it comes to Iggys fans, it's no fun stomping you when you are down. There are plenty of other Eagle douches that I work with that got it pretty good this morning.

I feel their pain.

and thanks for the Dyldo backing. Guy is lost in la-la land. What a fan he is, not even watching week 17's game.

Back on topic. Did you see how Michelle Obama's earrings just glew with limpid joy. O my. She looked marvelous. :D
