As it looks like it was feed induced founder & then the mare sitting in the truck for two days All we can do take all the hard feed out & hopefully with a little rest & Love she will be as good as new:D , The farrier said she should recover so there is hope:rolleyes:

Star is good While she still has problems with her feet & is still abit sore My track rider took her around the sand yard to see how she feels & she said she was fine so thats encoraging:D she has just started eating well so we are just trying to get the timing right before she goes back into work

Interesting the synthetic track is the same as san anita's gets really fast with rain 5 track records were broken that night !!

My lady yet a bridesmaid again but im still proud so far for us shes 2,0,2 so is payin her way & if i ever get a good barrier ill be putting the house on her ;-)

5 Starts for 3 seconds & 2 races where the jockies just plain listen to instructions & finnally she gets over the line first,my instructions to Mitchell Speers was simply take her out & get about 2 lengths on the field as it seems that when she gets into a 1 on 1 situation she fades in the last 50 & comes 2nd @ least if shes 2 lenghts ahead her fade wont matter !!! & he did just that rode her to a tea so my hands off to mitchell i reckon hes got a great future ahead of him !!!!!!

Yeah its a hard one as she is due for a break but there is a class 3 ( 1 grade higher ) in 2 weeks time down the Gold Coast or i could give her 4 weeks off & race her in a class 3 on the cushion on the 30th of may,
Due to her having pedal ostisus ( degrading of the pedal bone ) we have to be very carefull with her but i should know more tomorrow after we work her in the sand condition wize she is perfect but im just abit worried with her mental state as it doesnt take much to make a mare go sour !!!!!

Shes in a class 5 which is 3 classes above her & she will be prob going over 100mtres more than her best but after saying all that .I think she is a GOOD chance !!!!!
