I think Tiz is the vulnerable favorite, especially at 6/5. I typically adore speed horses, but this horse keeps getting clear leads in dawdling run races.
I am eager to see the pps on this race and am hoping there is some sort of legit speed in there. |

Mauralakana has strung together some nice races lately.

Better Talk Now in the Sword Dancer. Red Rocks same thing, Sword Dancer.
Wait a While just ran in the Diana and ran horribly. I think shes back in time out. |

Anybody besides me like Communique, especially if the pace is more than modest?

you've never heard of archipenko? he was purchased from magnier and tabor-finished third on dubai world cup day, but was only a half length behind the winner. he's a pretty good horse.

Well...without looking at the past performances, I can surmise the 3 that will be bet hard in here are Archipenko, Mount Nelson and Einstein. I don't think the others have much of a chance at first glance, so as I said before I have never heard of the French horse but I hope he's a good one. He's got the right Jockey as he looks like the possible overlay in here.

If you want an angle, there's not much speed at all, and he and Sudan should be able to go slowly up front.....still doubt he hangs around past the eighth pole. |

I will admit that I am surprised on how 'fast' Stream Cat is on the sheets. Still can't see him winning the Million though. |

But, by the end of writing the race last night, I called Sudan the sleeper, because he seems quick enough on his very very best day, and I just don't see him getting pressed very much early. |

I don't like Mount Nelson at all. But my whole day will be on Archipenko's shoulders. He wins and I should have a good day, if not, bustola, until we go to the bar afterwards...... |
Sudan not so sneakily ran well in his last race, however I don't think he is as good as Einstein who will probably be the most well backed American hope, though I like the handicapping thought process of a Tin Man scenario reoccuring again in the Million...It's a good angle.

The only reason that I like Mount Nelson is from talking to some guys here yesterday. I try to never put too much stock in what a rider says about how easily he could have won, but Murtagh apparently 'had it the whole time,' and that nose win is misleading..... Believe however much of that you want, but all the Euros I've talked to here in the last 24 hours seem to think he's the most likely to deny Archipenko, and it's hard for me to ignore them. Still, the consensus is that Archipenko is the clear cut one to beat. |

This card might be one of the hardest cardest I have ever seen at Arlington. The first 7 races are very very competitive, should make for some live prices |
What time do the Grade 1's start?

I have talked to two people that have seen the horse, in the flesh here, and they are in love with him and they are praying for 9/5.......They think he will be even money but I tell them 2/1 is very logical here, with Mt. Nelson and then people betting Einstein off American form |
