Cannon; Love UCLA
Watched this guy too much.
Great hands. Good vision. Good passer. Big Body. Superior instincts and sense of space. Soft touch. Range. Shot variety outsanding. Slow, but quick moves. He will not swat, but his hands are so quick he gets some blocks without jumping. I know the NBA looks more for the D. Howard type body but I really think this guy is extremely gifted as a real player. Where is he rated on that list? |
Lots of BIG in that post.
More like the next Big Country. Next. |

and had nowhere close to the skill level this kid has as a FRESHMAN. The only good comparison is that they are both white. |

It's not happening, piss garden. Sorry, you were born in the wrong era. |

Whats not happening? Should not dive to that level. My apologies. I like the guys hands and skill level. He is not a super star but I love this type of player as a complement to the athletic power forwards. He is better than any "center" the Spurs have right now, I know that. |
If you love him so much why don't you blow him?

Dipping deep into that big bag of witty responses Gomer. Sheesh. |
So,how many years will UCLA have him?

So excuse me if I don't have the time to do poems and play on words with you, queerbait. |

Why did you even respond? Ya little foul mouthed punk. Wagering and losing based on your response. The capability of what you are doing...LOL! You are making great leaps in the art of wagering. A polite applause please. What a Frggn parasite. |
We would all be considered brilliant if we moved to the Antonio. They must have 15-20 Walmarts in that area alone.
|
How many years he staying at UCLA?

He has got that big barrell chest. But you can see by his arms he can hit the weight room. I really like his hands and skill level. |

Walmarts do well in San Antonio because this is not a well-to-do city. Because the Republicans drink the blood of the poor? Right? So you actually feel sorry for those that have to shop there... yes? |
pants must be an x man????

He'll be terrible in the pros. |

ATM rated Higher? |

He is sushi raw. He has not been born yet raw. Holy crap. No hands. No basketball sense. No pivot moves, no offensive skills whatsoever. I watched him multiple times this year. Reclaimation, reclaimation. He will be a true project. Fransisco Elson is a better athlete thatn Jordan and he is just flat out a bad basketball player that happens to be an athlete. Is Mel Kuiper doing this rating also? |

and the Republicans suck their blood? right? Its a democratic town so its all stupid... |

whatever the hell that is. Just curious. Where is the outrage? The Republicans destroyed the city? |
Is there a major University there?
|
Quote:
All just a bunch of dumb Mexican democrats. UTSA. Bout 35,000 kids. Not on the level of UT in Austin(got to be top 7%) or blast the SAT. Best school in the city is Trinity University by far. A very good private school but very expensive. Just for the rich white Republican kids from California that can afford it. |
Quote:
Or a great acting school like UCLA. |
Maybe they have a Walmart University there to train at.

He was absolutely awful. Its not like he just started playing. He looks like some foreign kid that they saved from being eaten who has never played. But then again so was Hakeem his freshman year at Houston. But he had never played before. And there was some basic instinct and he moved his feet very well (soccer in Nigeria I think). I think its money down the tube with Jordan if he comes out this raw. He will totally lose confidence, even if he steps on a developmental league court at this time. |

Not for the racing. For the simulcasting. Got a machine to myself and every track in the country on TV. For a whopping 2 bucks. I hear these tales of trashy OTB's in NY and I realize I have my own heaven. My in-laws that live in LA where shocked at the facility for wagering (they have since moved back). Went to Hollywood upon a visit and honestly in was the biggest trashiest dump I have been to. Maybe its cleaned up. Guess I should have gone to Santa Anita when they had all those 4 horse fields. ATM is in a town called Bryan. And thats about all there is. Austin would be equivalent to California. Keep Austin Weird T-shirts everywhere. Very liberal town. And look up Trinity University in San Antonio. Its always rated in the top 20 small private schools. Never would have accepted me, my daugher, but not me. |
HOLLYWOOD PARK is never gunna be nice. Atleast they have an IN-N-OUT Burger next door now...I live in the hills between HWD PARK and the 10 FREEWAY.Actually it's a couple blocks north of the Inglewood City limits, but there are no buildings blocking my view of the Pacific Ocean (about 5-6 miles away.)Here,I will show ya...

That's either one of Saturns rings or a big glob of medicated goo.

I loved LA along the coastline last I visited. Palos Verdes overlooking the Pacific. The temperature in the summer was incredible. Everyone was exercising. I got to run along the strand. Water is way damn cold though. But once you start moving inshore. Temp changes, and so does the city. |

With Love I think you got a guy that is what you see is what you get. Because he is not athletic, he does not have a tremendous upside (such as a guy like Jordan at ATM might have). So staying... I dont know how much it helps him. I think the question is this a weak year for Centers. I dont know how many foreign guys are being looked at. If Hibert at Georgetown is considered the gold standard (which I hope he is not), then Love would be a lottery pick. I really dont know what kind of "Center" year this is. What is clear to me is that you dont find guys that large with that kind of basketball skill level. He is smart in so many ways on the court that a lot of what he does lack, jumping, speed, he makes up for. I can only speak my opinion for one pro team. Imo the Spurs would take him in a heartbeat. As I stated earlier, he is better than any "Center" they have now. The only question would be if he could handle the very quick switching defense one particular pro team requires. I also think he is better than Splitter who will be with the Spurs most likely next year. Beasely is obviously the first pick in the draft unless some team has found a really good foreign player. |
