Not bad! Have you discovered the location of said track yet?

GPK 01-02-2008 07:44 PM

Pampano Park
Race 5

Tom Haughton looks good in the bike on the 1. We will give him a whirl.

Go get them, gpk. Flamboro Downs is Flamborough, Ontario (just outside Hamilton -- home of the TigerCats), about 2/3 of the way on the road from Detroit to Toronto. In my younger days, we used to bang around all the Ontario tracks. There must be 20 harness tracks in Ontario. We should go on tour there sometime. Scav can drive.

Tom Haughton is the son of Harness Legend Billy Haughton, and brother of the somewhat less legendary Peter Haughton. His career peaked in the early to mid 80's, IMO.

Kev, you may want to consider Greyhound racing, it's a bit easier to handicap than Harness;)

who said anything about handicapping?

The great KRIM taught me everything I need to know. I can simply place my hand on the computer screen during the post parade and FEEL what horse is not sore. After that...its gravy.
