8 on the nose. Hanging my hat on Fete in the 5th. That extra 1/2 furlong last out did him in. Love the cutback and positive jock switch.

Best of luck to everyone playing, both here and at the windows.

How the 4 horse won the 2nd leg I will never know, step slow, dueled 43.4 and PULLS away. Ridiculous

Scav 12-14-2007 05:48 PM

For anyone looking for a price

Race 7 has a very interesting horse in #10 Come In Almighty. He is bred for the route of ground and significantly improved in his first route last out, speaking in TG terms. 2nd time routing along with Pupye being hot this meet is definitely playable at 18/1 currently, my guess he is closer to 10/1 or 12/1 but worthwhile throwing in exotics

I like this one too... nice work 8 days ago. 15-1 at the post

philcski 12-14-2007 06:06 PM

can also make a case for the 8 & 11 at big #'s as well

Scav 12-14-2007 06:15 PM

Looks like Rude and I are the two left standing...YIPPEEE!!!!

TitanSooner 12-14-2007 06:15 PM

Nice! You've got good coverage here too

The 5 I would have used in the super combined for a $8,939 for $2 payoff. DAMN

Something was up with the 8 today anyways, opened up at like 4/1 and then shot straight up

declansharbor 12-14-2007 06:22 PM

Best of luck boys, bring it home!!

People are stupid. No way that horse should have gone off at almost 20-1. That crappy Pletcher showed very little in NY and is doing nothing really different, meanwhile this horse finished a fast closing 4th 1 length to the 7 in his last, adds blinkers, and switches to a route- all good angles for the trainer.

Rudeboyelvis 12-14-2007 06:35 PM

GL Scav - I like your ticket a whole lot better :D

philcski 12-14-2007 06:57 PM

Last race, I don't like the two favorites AT ALL. 9 turning back after showing zero speed, ran OK off layoff but interim work was terrible; probably too much to do. 10 drops, but note comment- lugged out, which concerns me considering they're dropping to the lowest level. Probably not good enough to win on talent alone.
A couple bombs that may find their way: the 6, who also drops after two credible turf tries, the 8, who may prefer 1 turn despite the name, and the 2, who draws Talamo and had a terrible trip last out.

Rudeboyelvis 12-14-2007 07:02 PM

Wow - the pool pays to a 5-1 (9 Knoblock) horse ...386,269.00

dylbert 12-14-2007 07:06 PM

Carryover with 3, 4, 12 or 13 ... please hold all tickets!

SCUDSBROTHER 12-14-2007 07:43 PM

Looks like Han Moon had his bomb ready, and Arias got it in trouble late. What is Arias 1 for 50 at the meet? I guess when you only have 2 wins all year you aren't gunna be able to get much jock.

Scav 12-14-2007 11:40 PM

Scudzie, we ever figure out our boy Moon we will become top 10% rich

Kasept 12-15-2007 06:09 AM

Rudeboy, Golfer, Pete Mugg and Scavs ALL get consos! Nice job on the short turnaround!

Send addresses and choice of (XL only) 'DRF' tee shirt; DRF cap; DT.com tee shirt most sizes)...

And ANYONE else who I've missed as prize winners should PM me!
