Ridiculous as in sick, insane (extremely awesome). Just makes me want to sit on the porch with a sixpack. Where is that house?

Payson Dave 11-19-2007 10:41 AM

Upstate NY...on the Great Sacandaga Lake.....50 minutes NW of Saratoga....did the beer on the deck/porch skit just yesterday.

ALostTexan 11-19-2007 12:20 PM

Damn, nice place. Enjoy it up there...

Indian Charlie 11-19-2007 01:40 PM

How much a month does it run to heat that place in winter?

GPK 11-19-2007 02:13 PM

Never met a cold woman Dave...

I have seen you in action. An awful lot of beer would be no problem for you.

I knew the view looked familiar. I rent a place for two weeks in August which is exactly two miles from the 4 corners in Edinburgh. We are on Ridge Street, which is just after Chokcherry, Roberts Lane, etc. We absolutely love it there. Looks like you have an awesome place! Enjoy!

packerbacker7964 11-22-2007 05:34 AM

Got any varmits up there? Bear, deer, moose?

AeWingnut 11-22-2007 07:09 AM

Great view. How close are the neighbors? Hopefully you can't see 'em.

Lots of deer,,,some bear,,, generally no moose but occasionally ya hear about a moose sighting in the general area...
It's a real nice area...scenic...28 mile Lake...and not that far from Saratoga.

Neighbors far enough away so that ya can't see them.... the scenic pics were taken not far from the house....the view from the deck is real nice but not quite as open as those pics that I posted.

Downthestretch55 11-23-2007 01:05 PM

Payson Dave,
You've got yourself a beautiful place there! That lake is a sweet one, loaded with huge northern pike.
You're not too far from me (I'm in the northern Catskills). I often hunt near Speculator (Perkin's clearing) and also on the Moose River plains.
Talk about paridise!!!!
