9th race aqueduct

Steve,

In your pick 6 and pick 4 for the 9th race you have singled #2, yet in your picks you don't have the 2 listed at all. Typo? By the way big fan of the webiste and appreciate all that you do for us racing fans. Thanks, John (Troy, NY)

John..

Thx! Of course it's the 5.. The Mott filly.. Change made..

And thanks for the kind compliment though clearly as cited here, I have no idea what I'm actually doing!!!

In the 9th race Kristi With a K, who's a half to Bit of Whimsy, was entered in one of these maiden turf races a couple of weeks ago and ran off in the post parade. As the horse was running off, and before the scratch was announced, she dropped from 6-1 to 3-1 in one flash.

Scratches

At Aqueduct, all the also eligibles and entered for MTO are scratched in Race 5. The 3, Come On Over is scratched in Race 6. Naughty New Yorker and Malibu Moonshine are scratched in Race 8. Also eligibles and MTOs are scratched in Race 9.

trifecta124 11-17-2007 10:48 AM

Steve,

Naughty New Yorker has scratched. With Naughty New Yorker out, do you see any possibility of Evening Attire getting into the mix. The race has a lot of speed in it and he seems to be the only deep closer. I know his form hasn't been great this year, but I'm hoping to get him at good odds.

Good information to know, thanks Andy. I liked the horse to begin with, but this seals the deal on playing this one.

Pathetic.

Ronnie 11-17-2007 02:21 PM

Ha ha, race 7 at the Big A I didn't have one of the top 3 to win. What is going on here?

trifecta124 11-17-2007 02:34 PM

That race was brutal. My pick 3 ticket is already done.

trifecta124 11-17-2007 02:37 PM

Utopia is overbet....Even money favorite.

pmacdaddy 11-17-2007 02:38 PM

Potential for double Carryover, only bright spot as of now...

Based on how this pick4 is going, I think I will play my phone number.

trifecta124 11-17-2007 02:43 PM

I'm going to try a 1,5,7 Tribox in the Aqueduct 8th.

pointman 11-17-2007 02:43 PM

I'll try to help people out, I really like the 5 here at 5-1. It is safe to toss him.

Ronnie 11-17-2007 02:44 PM

Well I don't like the 1, so he may win.

pointman 11-17-2007 02:46 PM

I have 1,4 on the bottom of my selections. Expecting a 1,4 exacta.

Ronnie 11-17-2007 02:49 PM

This is a joke.

Payson Dave 11-17-2007 02:50 PM

Garcia having a pretty good day....I like the way this kid rides

trifecta124 11-17-2007 02:50 PM

Evening Attire always breaks too slow.....If he would have gotten out of the gate a little faster, he would be in the winners circle.

I love the old man, but you can't really call what he does out of the gate "breaking," perhaps you can call it walking out of the gate...

and what the hell is with the costumes in the winners circle?!?

Ronnie 11-17-2007 02:55 PM

Thanksgiving.

in the 9th, I like 5,9,10. Toss em. Have 1,4,6,8 as tosses. Box em.

I really like the way he rides. McLaughlin has finally found a talented young kid to ride first call.

Ronnie 11-17-2007 03:16 PM

Can the 5 win here, or is this a crapshoot?
