Here are a few from this morning. We interrupted her breakfast for these, hence there are only 2 - we didn't want to give her the opportunity to live up to her name. :D

SentToStud 11-02-2007 06:48 PM

She's not fat. That's for sure.

BillW 11-02-2007 07:02 PM

Smaller scale, a bit higher quality.

The forum constraints are tough for hirez pics. If I did this more, I'd look into the online galleries.

SniperSB23 11-02-2007 07:24 PM

Wow, if that skeletal horse is running 78 brisnet figures then I can't imagine what she'll do with a little Chuck Simon/Cherie training/attention. Looks like the wait was worth it as we may have another diamond in the rough.

ShadowRoll 11-02-2007 07:58 PM

Win or lose, I just feel better knowing that she's going to get fed.

Thanks for the pics.

estreetposse 11-02-2007 08:03 PM

I've seen Amish horses in Stone Arabia that look healthier than that.

Scav 11-02-2007 08:04 PM

She needs to go on my diet and she will be fine :)

Hopefully without your sense of direction. We don't need another Simply Perfect incident.

estreetposse 11-02-2007 08:10 PM

Barley and Hop Diet? Liquid cereal works for me!!

pmacdaddy 11-02-2007 08:13 PM

Hopefully a Sumwon in progress.

Chuck,

Has she looked like this for a while or is this just what the last race took out of her...?? I don't know what I'm looking at, but definitely looks like she could use a good meal. As my father used to say, eat up because the one you're eating could be your last... uhhhhhhh, yeah. ;)

chuck and cherie work your magic !

ateamstupid 11-02-2007 09:06 PM

Looks big, skinny, but beautiful. Love the blaze. Can't wait to see her on Chuck's diet.

Danzig 11-02-2007 09:12 PM

my daughter sounded just like you ateam, said she is very pretty. just needs some tlc, and some food.

If she eats what Chuck eats .....

That dark bay is my favorite color. Can't wait to see it dapple out under a few weeks of TLC and good horsemanship.

sumitas 11-02-2007 10:16 PM

Chuck said she's a nervous sort. If he can get her to relax a little, put on a few pounds, who knows ? She looks marvelous.

Many Others 11-02-2007 10:42 PM

wow thanks for the pictures - just finally had a chance to watch a replay of the race on brisbet, and being #8 there was a pretty good shot of her loading in the gate. Noticed was wearing a breast plate, certainly needed one, but very "euro" looking lol - yes, could certainly use some pounds over those ribs, and from Cherie's report that she's nice in her stall the nervousness will probably settle down soon, she's beautiful... bonus points: from what could see changed leads easily and didn't throw in the towel even after being taken so far back - will definitely look good in the Dee Tee silks !

Heels1989 11-03-2007 08:34 AM

Thanks for posting the photos. She is a beauty.

As my wife says "she needs a piece of cake." (or maybe a pie). ;)

Bigsmc 11-03-2007 08:47 AM

Thanks Bill.

She looks like a perfect project for Chuck. Look out for major improvement!

She's gonna love the Tampa turf course....:D

kelster 11-03-2007 07:24 PM

A lttle DT TLC and some fine oats and she'll be ready!!!!!!!:D Thanks for the photo's

DJARUM 11-03-2007 10:53 PM

Bill thank you for the photos!!!

philcski 11-04-2007 08:32 PM

Wow, she is REALLY thin... and most Chester Houses (who I love) tend to be pretty big. She has really good late pace numbers so with some improvement of early speed she could be very, very good.

Not to mention the "Scott Moran off" angle has to be good for at least a couple length improvement :D

Cajungator26 11-04-2007 10:35 PM

She's gorgeous, guys. Can't wait to see how she looks once she gets some of that DeeTee Stables TLC. :)

SuffolkGirl 11-05-2007 08:22 AM

Thanks Bill

Thanks for posting the pictures. They'll be a good measurement for the before and after pictures. As everyone has said, she looks painfully thin. Can't wait to see her fill out.

Riot 11-05-2007 05:54 PM

I downloaded her DRF past PP's, but can't figure out how to post them here - any suggestions? (if you know how to do it, I will be happy to forward them to you)

you should be able to do a browse from your computer, rather than the url link, to post an attachment.

Riot 11-05-2007 07:45 PM

Cool, thanks 'Zig!

Okay, file is too big (KB) to upload ... :(

I had that same problem when I tried to post her pp's.

Didn't spend much time trying to fix or do anything different though.

hmm, good question - in pedigree query Dee Tee Stables is listed as the owner.

31lengths 11-06-2007 08:44 PM

thanks for the PP's.

No, it doesn't matter what the owner name is. it could say "Owner: Scav" and everyone would still have their pieces

Scav 11-06-2007 09:10 PM

FYI, you can watch her maiden win at the website below, you do need a username and password, and I would recommend getting one as the site is awesome.

No.. I asked Chuck about it at the start, and for KY, assigning Chuck as claiming/purchasing agent was easiest coming from an individual. That's why my name is attached (as general managing partner). At a certain point, (by 12/31/07 in fact), everything will be technically converted into the Dee Tee Stables LLC format.. And if she runs back, it will be listed as SWLY was in KY: Dee Tee Stables (Steve Byk). After the first of the year, Dee Tee Stables LLC...

Riot 11-06-2007 09:41 PM

I would kinda like to see, just once, the owner listed as "Scavs" :D
