Don't ask John Kerry about Skull and Bones or else
|
Yeah he was a whiny little bitch.
|
Yes, he was annoying, but if being annoying is against the law, then start building the new city, "Prisonville".
Oh, and by the way, John Kerry should answer the questions! |
It should be interesting to see what happens. You can't just taser people for being a ****** and I don't see any reason why he needed to be cuffed. The only thing I can think of is trespassing on private property, like if they asked him to leave and he refused, but I know little about the law
|
many expect a lawsuit, and say that excessive force was used (i agree). cops want to charge him with a felony, which imo is outrageous.

what i do think is funny is that:
a) it took 6 officers to subdue the cat (and STILL couldn't remove him). b) he KNEW he was gonna get tazed if he didn't cooperate because.... c) he then BEGGED not to taze him after refusing to cooperate. d) i think Kerry WANTED to answer the question. a law suit probably won't hold up because the officers warned him at least 4 times that they would taze him if he didn't cooperate. in fact i thought i heard a female officer say "Taze, stand by" or "Taze taze" and she never pulled the trigger. I know our department has to say it 3 successive times before tazing a subject. there were so many other ways everyone could have handled it. |
He wanted to push them to the point where they would tazer him. I do not feel bad for him at all.
|
He didn't have to.....I know the type.

John Kerry comes to talk, people want to hear, and he ruins it.
He resisted leaving when asked to. As a person in the audience I would have asked to please have him removed as he is causing extraordinary pain in my ears and if you dont remove him I will have to bite his tongue out of his mouth which would lead to a bloodbathe and possibly a class revolution. Look Im a whinny little puss, please beat me up for the cameras. But they really did not need to taser him. Duct tape his mouth shut... |

almost none. do they get thrown out ? yes. and sometimes charged with disorderly conduct ? yeah. but face it cops are trained at this sort of thing. this guy is zero threat . escort him out and be done with it. there were 6 of them for crying out loud. nothing should of left there belt except for the cuffs, end of story. but i still got a laugh oyut of the whole thing! |
It was ridiculous. There were 6 cops there and between them they couldn't get a guy that was 145 ponds soaking wet under control and out of the room. All the guy did was ask a question, and he ends up getting tased. It's a good thing the guy didn't hold up a sign, he might have gotten shot.

give someone a taser ,now they are a God. cop, judge and executioner.lol

a witness to the latter part of the confrontation said that he was subdued, not struggling--just kept talking. but wasn't fighting back, not moving, they had him under control--so why tase him? i think just to shut him up--and talking isn't illegal--nor is it resisting.
it was supposedly an open forum, questions could be asked by anyone on any subject. but i guess that was only if the right any subjects came up. he supposedly took too long, so they cut off the mic. but the campus police were right there, so eager to grab the guy. it seemed mishandled, and sheer overkill, from the start. |
The kid was whiny , but i didn't see a reason for him to be tased. It's not like he was shouting profane language or making death threats. As far as resisting arrest.... Come on, thats pretty weak. My favorite part was when they wanted to charge him with inciting a riot... wtf....

First off, this thing was videotaped by about 100 camera's. This link shows a different angle, as well as the aftermath.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V8ndctwAJmU The kid's actions are nothing short of bizarre. You can see that he is being led up the stairs, and seems to attempt an escape of some-sort, which is what led to the tasing. Then they show the aftermath, and instead of taking him somewhere, they just kind of hang out in the hallway. While hand-cuffed, and after being tased, he asks about his book? Why in the world would he be so interested in the whereabouts of his book with what he was going through? This whole incident just doesn't "smell" right! |
