Okay, I finally got around to posting the results from last week in that thread. Just a couple of reminders:
1) After Saturday we have only 2 more weeks and 4 more races. We will be playing three races on 9/8 and one race on 9/15. 2) There will be fabulous prizes for first and second place! DerbyCat is close to having the top prize locked up, but someone still might be able to catch Buffy for second. 3) Don't get too excited, the prizes aren't actually very fabulous at all. |

Sorry for being so tardy with the results the last two weeks. I keep forgetting to do it. There were nice performances last week by dylbert, 2 Dollar Bill, and timmgirvan, all of whom correctly selected the $18 winner Wicked Style. dylbert has had two nice weeks in a row, and is moving smartly up the leaderboard. The funniest thing of all is that 2 Dollar Bill joked in this thread that he would have to hit a huge trifecta to get back into contention..........and then he almost did! He had the top three horses in two different combinations, but just missed getting the right one for the $264 score that would have vaulted him into second place just behind our overall leader DerbyCat. So the point is....it might still be possible to catch her.....not that I am rooting against you DC!
