Scav 05-29-2007 04:11 PM

Oh, and congrats :)

SentToStud 05-29-2007 04:13 PM

Can he give the Yankees some middle relief help...what the hell is he doing playing golf????:p

Bigsmc 05-29-2007 05:20 PM

Way to go Kev.

Scavs, he'd fire you midway through the first round because he'd be asking for a club and you'd be swinging for the fences ($200 win tix on Laviolette)with your pocket PC.

saucon17 05-29-2007 05:22 PM

Great Job Kev:D , man I wish could shoot 75 one day, usually I hit 75 by the 13th hole

Danzig 05-29-2007 05:28 PM

is that good??? haven't a clue about golf...

but i guess it is, judging by the posts. so GO KEV!

It's solid. Usually translated to 3 over par, which is a very nice score for the majority of golfers.

haha, i had the same image.

or scavs loses a close photo and starts on a rampage around the green, ala Happy Gilmour, kev gets disqualified because of his caddy.

On the Laviolette note, that sumbitch won two races on me on Saturday, claiming races of course. I couldn't believe it.....TWO IN A DAY, let alone TWO IN A WEEK

Thanks everyone. Was a very enjoyable day. 75 is normally not that great of a score for me, but for my first competitive round in almost 3 years and only my second round of golf in over 1 year, I am very, very pleased.

yeah....3 over is right PP. Scary thing is I was so nervous starting out today that I was 3 over par after the first 5 holes. I played the last 13 holes in even par.

Rather be a caddy with a blackberry like Bigs said. This way I can yell at you all round and also play the ponies, what more could I want?

Danzig 05-30-2007 07:44 AM

Chad...you don't even want to know my stats from yesterday. I was a grinding son of a gun yesterday. Far from my A game....

GPK 06-25-2007 09:30 AM

as a side note...the guy I was paired with during this tournament won the biggest PGA tournament we have this past weekend.

Congrats to Chip. This qualifies him for the PGA Championship to be held in Tulsa this year.

Not mentioned in the story about his recent illness, is the fact that the very same illness took his sister's life just a couple years ago.

No bets on that. Wasn't local. It was the National Club Pro Championship. Played in Oregon this year.
